Anju + Ana Engagement Session

It was one fine October afternoon. The sun was bright and there were no signs of rain. This engagement session was taken a week after I took JayR & Ash’s session. It took me awhile to look for the venue for this session that would fit Anju and Ana’s love story. Several Google searches later, I found the venue from Leylander’s My Cebu Photo Blog. With it’s gate quite similar to the famous Triumpal Arch in Paris, Cebu Celestial Gardens was just the perfect place that would relate to the couples’ fairy tale story.

After taking several shots near the gate, we were supposed to head to the cemetery when someone came out of nowhere and warned us that picture-taking was not allowed inside and asked us to get out of the private property. We were just lucky that he didn’t saw us earlier, it would have been one wasted day.

Anyway, we decided to head to the Cebu South Road Properties and continue our session there. We tried to get there as fast as we could, hoping that we can still catch what was left from the sun. But unfortunately, due to the traffic situation, we got there with no more sun light so we decided to play with our strobing kits.
